Refund Policy - the basics

No Refunds

  • All purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.

  • No refunds will be issued for missed sessions, unused training packages, or scheduling conflicts.

2. Session & Class Expiration

  • All training sessions, classes, and recovery services must be used within 30 days of purchase.

  • Any unused sessions will expire after 30 days and will not be refunded or credited.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule a session.

  • Sessions canceled within less than 24 hours will be forfeited and cannot be rescheduled.

  • Rescheduling is subject to trainer availability.

4. Exceptions

  • The only exceptions to this policy are medical emergencies with proper documentation.

  • Athlete168™ reserves the right to make case-by-case decisions at its sole discretion.
